PhotosbyFaith Session Policies
(Please read prior to booking)
Hey! Thank you so much for considering PhotosbyFaith to capture your special moments. Before we work together, please take a few minutes to review these session policies. Booking a session indicates your agreement to the terms outlined below and helps ensure a smooth and stress-free experience for us both.
1. What Your Session Includes
When you book a session with PhotosbyFaith, you are hiring me to provide professional photography services based on your selected package. (Any menu, mini, or custom package)
• A guided, relaxed photo session
• A curated gallery of high-resolution, professionally edited digital images for personal use
All images (referred to as the “Work Product”) are created and owned by PhotosbyFaith. To maintain consistency and quality, please do not hire any additional photographers for the same session unless discussed and agreed upon in writing.
2. Pricing & Payment
• 50% deposit is due on the date of your booking (this will go towards your final total)
• Full payment is due on or before your session date
• Additional fees may apply for travel or optional add-ons, and will be detailed in your invoice
• Invoices are sent via email upon booking confirmation
Payment secures your session date and ensures timely delivery of your images.
3. Travel & Location Requirements
• Travel within 1 hour of Branson West, MO is included
• A travel fee of $0.65 per mile will apply to locations outside this range
• Clients are responsible for securing any required permissions for shooting locations (such as permits or property access)
By booking, you grant permission for PhotosbyFaith to use select images for marketing, social media, or portfolio purposes — unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
4. What You Can Expect From Me
I commit to:
• Arriving on time and fully prepared
• Providing professional equipment and high-quality service
• Creating images that reflect the style and quality shown in my portfolio
• Being respectful, attentive, and focused throughout your session
5. Artistic Style & Creative Direction
By booking a session, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the PhotosbyFaith portfolio and are booking based on the style presented.
• All final creative and editing decisions are at the photographer’s discretion
• Edits will remain consistent with my established aesthetic
• Requests for re-editing or refunds based on artistic preference will not be honored
6. Cancellations, Reschedules & No-Shows
Life happens — here’s how changes are handled:
• Cancellation (no reschedule, more than 10 days out): A 20% cancellation fee applies
• No-call, no-show: A fee equal to 50% of your session rate will be invoiced
• Rescheduling: I’ll do my best to accommodate changes, but if no dates are available, it will be treated as a cancellation
• If I need to cancel (due to illness or emergency), I will:
• Offer a trusted, pre-approved replacement photographer, or
• Refund any fees paid in full
7. Image Use & Copyright
All photographs are the intellectual property of PhotosbyFaith. You are granted a personal-use license for:
✅ Sharing on social media (with credit to @its.photosbyfaith)
✅ Printing for personal use or gifts
✅ Family use, such as cards or albums
You may not:
🚫 Use the images for commercial or business purposes without prior written consent
🚫 Alter or re-edit the images, or remove any watermarks/branding
PhotosbyFaith reserves the right to use images for promotional purposes unless otherwise discussed.
8. Liability & Limitations
PhotosbyFaith is not liable for circumstances beyond my control, including but not limited to weather, illness, emergencies, or venue restrictions. I am also not responsible for delays caused by third-party services or technology issues.
My total liability is limited to the amount paid for your session.
